Pond’s has announced Priyanka Chopra as its new face across all the brand’s ranges. As brand ambassador, Chopra would play a key role in brand and product communication across various platforms on television, in print and outdoor media.

55. MCC Launches French Marine Skin Range

Manipal Cure and Care, the Manipal group’s health & wellness retail service, has launched premium marine-based range of cosmeceutical and healthcare brands from Laboratoires Robert Schwartz, France.
 

Now, these will be available at MCC centres in Ahmedabad and Bangalore and select retail outlets and also the soon-to-be launched centres in Mumbai and Pune, MCC said in a release here.
 

The products include the d’Ormier range of cosmeceuticals (cosmetics with therapeutic value), Physiodiet and a meal replacement working on fat cell regulation.
 

Four skin care products or Physiocosmetics are also available as day cream, night care, eye contour and anti-oxidant serum.
 

They are made from seaweed, algae and other marine biodiversity.


Laboratories Robert Schwartz was founded by Mr Robert Schwartz 16 years back. Its products are available in Germany, France, Italy, Belgium and the UK, Japan, South Korea, the US, Canada and the Baltic countries. The facilities are located in Brittany in France and the R&D centre is in Alsace.

 

 

 

56. Anti-Acne Cream Launched

Ozone Ayurvedics today announced its entry into the Rs 60-crore anti-acne skin care segment with the launch of Zap n Clear, a pimple and mark removal ayurvedic cream. The anti-acne therapy provides an instant and complete therapy for acne and pimples as well as for mark removal, the company said. It is the only anti-acne formulation available in India with a twin tube pack which treats and cures pimples as well as works on post-pimple marks giving a clear smooth and glowing skin without harming the sensitive pimple prone skin, a press release issued here said. The company also plans to launch an oil-free sunscreen lotion, No Marks anti-acne face pack and anti-acne scrub in the therapeutic segment and No Pimple No Marks face wash in the preventive segment under this range subsequently. “The launch of Zap n Clear reiterates our commitment to the consumers by providing them a wider choice,” Ms Neeta Aggarwal, CEO of Ozone Ayurvedics said.
